I’ve found time at last to add pages to the insects section – mayflies, damselflies and a Southern Hawker dragonfly, all photographed earlier this year in Nottinghamshire.

Walked down to the Trent this afternoon, and came across a small group of long-tailed tits in the hedgerow betwen Bulcote Farm and the river. Unusually, they didn’t all immediately fly off, and I was able to get a few photoraphs, which you can view here.
